Hidden House's Columbia sugarcane decaf coffee is a delicious and clean choice for those looking to reduce their caffeine intake. This coffee is uniquely processed with a natural compound found in sugarcane, resulting in a flavorful and well-balanced cup of decaf. 

To remove the caffeine, the unroasted coffee beans are submerged in a mixture of water and Ethyl Acetate (a natural and biodegradable compound in sugarcane). Decaffeination begins as the EA bonds with the compounds of the coffee. The extracted caffeine is then sold to energy drink companies and excess coffee material is used as fertilizer, making our decaf a model of reusable and sustainable practices.
