We work very closely with our roasters to select only the finest coffee beans which are craft roasted to bring out each coffee’s unique flavor in order to provide a magnificent final product. Why & What is Micro-Roasting?
Hidden House Coffee only offers Micro Roasted Coffee Beans performed by our Roastmaster. In Micro Roasting which is a specialized art we use only the finest high quality beans available and then roast them in small batches so that the roasting can be fine-tuned for the specific bean, from batch to batch to bring out the absolute best each bean has to offer. When roasting in small controlled batches of 25lbs or less the level of quality & consistency is much higher than a mechanized, generic roasting process used by the large roasters. Once you have a cup of Micro Roasted coffee from Hidden House Coffee you will find it very difficult to return to store bought varieties……..our micro roasted beans are worth every penny spent!!
